Things to Know Before You Visit

Make reservations on the day of your visit online, in the mobile app or at the Aquarium. Access is included with the price of admission but space is limited and first-come, first-served so be sure to make reservations early.

Arrive on time.

Your visit begins at the arrival time you select. Guest admission is valid for one hour from your selected entry time.

Children 2 & under visit free.

Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket to visit. All other ticket prices may vary depending on the day and time of your visit.

Check your stroller size.

To ensure all guests have an enjoyable and safe visit, we ask that strollers be no larger than 29” (72 cm) in width and 52” (132 cm) in length. Wagons, wagon strollers, push cars, jogging strollers, and ride-ons are not permitted. Guests that need to utilize specialty strollers or wagons for medical or sensory purposes are exempt from this policy.

No refunds.

Date changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the date of the reservation for a minimal processing fee per ticket. Date changes are not allowed after the date of the ticket.

• The cage ride portion of the tour may be uncomfortable for those who have difficulty with confined spaces or severe motion sickness. Please inform staff if this poses a concern for your tour.
